As leading Faculty members of London Business School, Gratton and Scott launched their latest book - The 100 Year Life – on 31st May. It has won wide global acclaim, being shortlisted as the Financial Times Business Book of the Year.

Lukas Kroulik has been collaborating with Professor Lynda Gratton for years on many of her books. He has been designing her images to reflect her character and the nature and the title of each book. This year’s challenge was how to represent two renowned scholars in the same image as equals, also ensuring equality between male and female. The authors wanted a tone of realism, in order to convey the rigour of the messages, statistics, ideas, stories and case studies in their book. Lukas chose the background of an bookcase to symbolise the importance of education and reflection in well lived longer lives.

Lukas is delighted to exhibit this double portrait of these two very successful and inspiring people for the first time in Nachod, Czech Republic this autumn.
