During my time at
AMV, my primary visual research was into female Hollywood icons - to create a mood board for
Galaxy Chocolate. It led to a successful TV ad. The research was exactly in my stride as I had been looking into Hollywood icons through my MA research at
UAL - so I knew how the audience need to be tempted by the star. Audrey Hepburn was an obvious choice: her childlike characteristics and sweetness appeal to men and women. This was a successful choice of a lovable icon, using the latest digital technology to recreate this clip.
