Twenty seven alumni and guests gave themselves a good and fruitful look in the mirror on 11th October under the guidance of Life Coach Sharon Wilson and Image Consultant Lukas Kroulik, co-founders of Chrysalis Studios (www.chrysalis-studios.co.uk). Sharon and Lukas work on both the inside and external image of those they advise, helping their clients to design a look that reflects who they are or want to be, with a special emphasis on making the most of life transitions. This was by no means a women-only event: a fine contingent of males in search of an even more attractive presence – including Professor Costas Markides – added a special dimension. During the evening, Sharon and Lukas led the group in the exploration of tips and insights about how to achieve a harmonious balance, bringing out the best of a person visually and also from within. This lively evening included a make-up/image demonstration and life coaching exercise showing how to discover the image group members wanted to project.
