My image designs and the photography session itself were carefully
crafted after initial discussion of my two sitters’ personal purpose around the
shoot, the messages they wanted to convey and the audience they intended to
reach. Together, we reviewed what made their personal environment meaningful
for them – rather than my studio we choose to work in each sitter’s home, to
capture her life more richly.
This was a new experience for my sitters. Together we found the way to discover the joy of being photographed.
